To book a service, download the 2Point App from your app store, create an account, and follow these steps:
1. Select the type of service you need (delivery, moving, or cleaning).
2. Enter the necessary details and any specific instructions.
3. Choose your preferred date and time.
4. Confirm your booking and make the payment.
The app provides real-time pricing, so you can see the cost before confirming your booking. The pricing for each service is calculated based on various factors such as distance for deliveries, size and complexity of the move, and the scope of cleaning required.
All Helpers are thoroughly vetted through a comprehensive background check and onboarding process. We provide training to ensure they uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service. Helpers are also required to have personal healthcare protection and insurance.
Once your booking is confirmed, you can track your delivery or service in real-time through the app. You will receive updates on the status and location of your Helper, ensuring you know when to expect them.
To reschedule or cancel your booking, open the 2Point App, go to your bookings, and select the option to reschedule or cancel. Please note that cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be outlined during the booking process.

Clients are required to possess insurance for their homes or offices to cover any small unintentional damages that may occur during the delivery, moving, or cleaning process. This ensures additional protection for both parties involved.
