Starting your journey with 2Point is easy, especially when you’re equipped with the right tips and steps! This guide will take you through every stage of creating your first booking, so you’re ready to make the most of our streamlined, user-friendly app.
Step 1: Register and Set Up Your Account
When you first download the 2Point App, start by creating your profile. You’ll have the choice to register as an individual or a business, which customizes your experience according to your needs.
- Business Users can manage teams and book services for multiple locations, while individuals can set up personal accounts to make single bookings.
- Pro tip: Have a government ID ready if you plan on using KYC-verified services, like medicinal or high-value deliveries.
Step 2: Navigate Through the App
Familiarize yourself with the main navigation, which includes Home, Services, Join as Helper, Help, and more. You can always return to the Home screen to view quick links and recently completed bookings.
Step 3: Start a New Booking
Head to the Booking section to initiate your first service. Select whether you’d like last-mile delivery, moving, or cleaning services based on what you’re sending. Each option has unique features:
