Getting Started - Helpers

In the 2Point App, "Helpers" are the backbone of service delivery, including roles such as drivers, movers, and other independent service providers
Helpers provide on-demand services for various tasks, such as last-mile deliveries, moving assistance, and specialized service requests. 

Here’s an overview of the Helper role and key features in the app designed for their needs:

  1. Types of Helpers
    • Drivers: Handle delivery requests, transporting parcels or goods from clients to designated addresses.
    • Movers: Assist with packing, loading, and unloading items, especially for moving services.
    • Other Independent Service Providers: Offer other specialized services (e.g., move-out cleaning or setup assistance).


2. Helper Registration

All Helpers must take note
, that completing the registration processes below is a MUST in order to get started on the 2Point App. Due to the large number of requests, it may take a while to respond to you. If you are not getting any response, it's probably because you have not completed the registration processes below.

Helper begin by selecting either Individual or Business accounts:

  • Individual Account: Tailored for single-user access and personal independent contractors.
  • Business Account: Allows for multi-user functionality, where team members can be added to assist in accepting booking, and performing service delivery.


1. Steps to Register:
  • In your browser, navigate to the helper registration page here 
  • Select the account type (Individual or Business).
  • Complete the required fields: email, password, referral code, accept terms and conditions.
  • Follow any additional prompts.

2. Edit Profile
Clients can update personal details, address information,  company (for business users), password  and social information through the "Edit  Profile" section.

  • Personal (required)
  1. Navigate to Personal profile.
  2. Upload your profile picture and select whether you are an individual or business user. 
  3. Update all other personal information.
  4. In "Service Badge ID" update with the "Badge ID Number" provided by 2Point Delivery Ltd.
  5. Save changes to confirm.

  • Address (required)
1. Indicate correctly your street address, house or apartment number, city, province, country and zip code.

  • Company (For Business Users)
1. Update your company trading name of alias, legal company name, select industry, Business Number, GST/HST Number, website URL, email, phone and address information.
2. Your GST/HST number is compulsory if you want to be exempted from sales tax.

  • Vehicle (Required)
1. It is important to register the vehicle you intend you use to provide services. It's important to provide visibility to clients about who is at their front-door.

  • Password (optional)
1. Change password through this section.

  • Social (optional)
1. Include all your social media platform links

  • KYC Requirements (optional)

For enhanced security and compliance, helpers  must complete KYC verification. This involves:

  1. Uploading a valid driver’s license as identification.
  2. Uploading their police or criminal records.
  3. This verification helps secure sensitive deliveries and ensures adherence to regulatory standards.
