Managing Helper Teams

The Teams feature is designed for business clients who want to streamline logistics and manage bookings efficiently by involving multiple team members. This feature allows business clients to invite employees or associates to create, pay for, and track bookings on behalf of the company. 

Here’s how the Teams feature works:

  1. Inviting Team Members
  • Business Helpers can add team members by inviting them via email directly through the app. Once team members accept the invitation, they gain access to the company's account and its booking history.
  • Invited team members can have varying levels of access, enabling the main account holder to assign permissions based on roles and responsibilities within the company.

2. Accepting and Managing Bookings
  • Team members with appropriate permissions can accept new bookings, deliver orders, and coordinate moving or cleaning services as needed. This feature allows companies to manage multiple logistics tasks across different locations through one central account.
  • Team members can change booking status in real-time, from initiation to completion, providing full visibility on tasks and timelines.

3. Payment Management
  • Team members can request payment transactions, ensuring that each booking is completed smoothly without requiring direct input from the main account holder. Payments can be received through their listed pay methods such as; credit cards or PayPal.
  • Team members can view, download, and manage invoices, enabling clear record-keeping for accounting or reimbursement purposes.

4. Enhanced Communication and Coordination

  • Through the Teams feature, businesses can coordinate tasks seamlessly, track service status, and communicate any specific instructions or updates to helpers. This enhances workflow and improves efficiency across departments or branch locations.
  • Team members can  attach booking evidence (like photos or signed confirmations), helping keep all service records transparent and accountable.

5. Review and Feedback Management
  • Team members can see the reviews from clients, based on completed services, allowing businesses to maintain quality standards and build relationships with clients.


Steps to Add Team Members:

  1. Go to the Teams section in your profile using the link here.
  2. Send email invites to your team members to access the business page.
  3. Track team invite status, you will see the status in the Team Invites page.
  4. Once accepted, the team member will gain access.
