Bookings and Payments

Clients can easily make bookings, select services, and complete payments through a streamlined interface. Payment options include card and PayPal.

  • Creating a Booking

  1. Start a New Delivery Booking

    • Navigate to the main menu and select the “Create Booking” or “New Booking” option.
  2. Load Address or Enter New Pickup and Drop-off Address

    • Load Previous Address: If you’ve used the app before, you can save time by loading addresses from your previous bookings. Select “Load Address” and choose the desired address from your history.
    • Enter New Address: If it’s a new location, manually enter the pickup and drop-off addresses. Make sure to provide detailed information, including unit numbers or specific instructions, if applicable.
  3. Select Date and Time

    • Choose the date and time for the service. If it’s an urgent booking, select the earliest available slot; otherwise, select a date and time that fits your schedule.
  4. Choose Service Type

    • Pick the type of service you need from the available options:
      • Delivery
      • Moving
      • Cleaning
  5. Select Service Priority

    • Choose the priority level for the booking based on your needs. Options may include:
      • Same Day: Service completed within the same day..
      • Express: Faster delivery or service completion.
      • Next Day: Service completed the next day.
  6. Enter Parcel or Item Details

    • Parcel Type: Indicate the type of parcel or item (e.g., parcel, document, medicinal).
    • Package Weight: Enter the approximate weight of the package or item. Accurate weight helps ensure efficient service and cost calculation.
    • Package Value: If your package has significant value, enter an estimated value for insurance and security purposes.
  7. Select Insurance Option

    • If insurance is available for the service type, choose whether to insure the item based on its value and your requirements.
  8. Enter Receiver Details

    • Provide the receiver’s information, including:
      • Name
      • Contact Number
      • Email (if applicable)
    • This ensures that the delivery contact is accessible and aware of the booking.
  9. Add a Delivery Note (Optional)

    • Include any specific instructions or notes for the helper, such as “Call upon arrival,” “Leave at reception,” or any other relevant details to make the delivery or service run smoothly.
  10. Review and Confirm Booking

  • Double-check all entered details to ensure accuracy. Once verified, click “Confirm Booking” to finalize the order.

11. Payment and Booking Confirmation
  • Choose your payment method (credit card, PayPal, or COD for business users) and complete the transaction. After payment, you’ll receive a booking confirmation with a unique booking ID and tracking information.
