Getting Started - Clients
Clients begin by selecting either Individual or Business accounts:
- Individual Account: Tailored for single-user access and personal bookings.
- Business Account: Allows for multi-user functionality, where team members can be added to assist in booking, payments, and tracking.
1. Steps to Register:
- In your browser, navigate to https://www.2pointdelivery.com/client/register
- Select the account type (Individual or Business).
- Complete the required fields: email, password, referral code, accept terms and conditions.
- Follow any additional prompts.
2. Edit Profile
Clients can update personal details, address information, company (for business users), password and social information through the "Edit Profile" section.
- Personal (required)
- Navigate to Personal profile.
- Upload your profile picture and select whether you are an individual or business user.
- Update all other personal information.
- In "State ID" update with your drivers license number which represents your provincial ID number.
- Save changes to confirm.
- Address (required)
1. Indicate correctly your street address, house or apartment number, city, province, country and zip code.
- Company (For Business Users)
1. Update your company trading name of alias, legal company name, select industry, Business Number, GST/HST Number, website URL, email, phone and address information.
2. Your GST/HST number is compulsory if you want to be exempted from sales tax.

- KYC Requirements (optional)
For enhanced security and compliance, clients receiving medicinal and special deliveries must complete KYC verification. This involves:
- Uploading a valid driver’s license as identification.
- Completing any additional verification steps as outlined in the app.
- This verification helps secure sensitive deliveries and ensures adherence to regulatory standards.
